Privacy Policy.
We build growth systems — not surveillance machines. This policy explains, in plain language, what information Buildora collects, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.
Last updated · June 1, 2026Who we are & what this covers.
Buildora ("Buildora", "we", "us") is a startup growth studio based in Winnipeg, Canada. This Privacy Policy applies to our website, the discovery and onboarding forms we run, and any growth systems we operate on your behalf where Buildora acts as the data controller.
When we build and run systems for a client, that client is usually the controller of their end-users' data and Buildora acts as a processor under a separate agreement. This page concerns information you share directly with Buildora.
Information we collect.
We try to collect as little as possible, and only what helps us respond to you and improve the site.
- Information you give us — your name, email, company, and the message details you submit through our contact and discovery forms.
- Project information — anything you choose to share while we scope or build a system, including documents, brand assets, and access you grant us.
- Usage data — basic, aggregated analytics such as pages visited, referring source, approximate region, and device or browser type.
- Communications — emails, call notes, and messages exchanged while we work together.
We never ask for sensitive categories of data, payment card numbers, or government IDs through this website.
How we use your information.
We use the information above to:
- Respond to enquiries and schedule discovery calls.
- Scope, build, operate, and improve the systems we deliver.
- Send you project updates and, only if you opt in, occasional studio updates.
- Understand how the site is used so we can make it clearer and faster.
- Meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.
We rely on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our studio as the legal bases for this processing. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies & tracking.
Our site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep the site functioning. Analytics cookies, used only with your consent where required, help us measure traffic in aggregate.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of the site behave, but the core content will still load.
Who we share with.
We share information only where it is needed to run the studio, and only with parties bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms:
- Infrastructure & tooling — hosting, email, analytics, scheduling, and CRM providers that power our day-to-day operations.
- Professional advisors — accountants and legal counsel, where strictly necessary.
- Legal & safety — authorities, where we are required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where they do, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection.
How long we keep it & how it's protected.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required for legal and accounting reasons. Enquiry data from people who don't become clients is routinely cleared.
We protect information with encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices across our tooling. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the surface small and the access tight.
Your rights.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@buildora.systems. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Changes to this policy.
As our studio evolves, this policy may change. We'll update the date at the top of the page and, for material changes, give notice through the site or by email. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
Questions about your data?
We read every message and respond within 24 hours. No bots, no run-around.
